From 25 May 2018 new rules apply to how companies, organizations, and public institutions in the EU process personal data. In short, this means that we are responsible for managing the personal data we borrow from you in a responsible way.

We work with your personal data on three different occasions:

  • When you sign up for our newsletters
  • When you buy a ticket for an event
  • When you fill out the personal questionnaire before an event you are attending

What happens when you sign up for the newsletter?

When you sign up for the newsletter, you share your email and possibly your name with us. You can always delete these data by unsubscribing in the actual newsletter. When you unsubscribe, any data on you will be deleted and gone forever.

What happens when you buy a ticket?

When you buy a ticket, your personal data is stored in our ecommerce solution for a maximum of two years. If you use online payment, Dziobak studio does not receive any payment information, as the transactions are handled by our payment provider Quickpay.

​What happens when you fill out the questionnaire before attending (or during) an event?

To give you the best possible event, the project team behind the different events collect personal data on you. For example we collect data concerning any allergies, so we know what food we can serve you during the event. All data is processed by employees who have confidentiality. After an event is over, all personal data is deleted within 24 hours.

So what do you need to do?

You don’t have to do anything in relation to the new rules. We take the appropriate precautions to protect your personal information in accordance with the law.
